Weima Agricultural Machinery's Dual Scenarios Selected as Municipal-Level Typical Application Scenar

Recently, the Chongqing Municipal Economic and Information Technology Commission announced the list of typical application scenarios for agricultural machinery equipment in the city.
Two products from Weima Agricultural Machinery and their corresponding operation scenarios were both selected:

• The lightweight small harvester and the deep mud paddy field operation scenario in hilly and mountainous areas were selected as key application scenarios;

• The high-horsepower crawler rotary tiller and the deep mud paddy field operation scenario in hilly and mountainous areas were selected as typical application scenarios.

This demonstrates Weima's comprehensive strength in the field of agricultural mechanization in mountainous and hilly regions.

Hilly and mountainous areas account for over 90% of Chongqing's total area. Fragmented plots, steep slopes, and sticky soil have long constrained the modernization of agriculture, as traditional agricultural machinery often fails to adapt. The two selected operation scenarios are not only a showcase of product technology but also practical examples of deep integration of "agricultural machinery, agronomy, and farmland."

1. Lightweight Small Harvester: Small Size, High Efficiency

• Lightweight design: The whole machine weighs only 730 kg with a working width of 1.1 meters, allowing it to flexibly navigate narrow ridges, solving the problem of "no suitable machinery" for hilly plots.

• High efficiency: This model achieves a harvesting efficiency of up to 1.5 mu/hour (approx. 0.1 hectare/hour), with high operational efficiency and a loss rate far below the industry average.

• Large-scale application: It has been widely launched in major rice-producing areas across the country, becoming an "essential tool" for smallholder farmers and cooperatives.

2. High-Horsepower Crawler Rotary Tiller: Navigating Steep Slopes and Deep Mud with Ease

• Powerful performance: Standard equipped with Yuchai 120 hp China IV turbocharged engine and a 160L enlarged fuel tank, offering strong trafficability and adapting to complex scenarios such as deep mud paddy fields and paddy-upland rotation.

• Unafraid of muddy fields: Adopts a differential steering gearbox with low ground contact pressure, enabling more flexible turning in deep water fields and reducing soil compaction/damage.

• User testimony: A large-scale grower in Xinchang, Zhejiang Province, praised the Weima crawler rotary tiller in an interview with Xinchang News Channel:
  "It doesn't matter if there's a bit more grass or if the field is a bit hard. In the past, I had to follow the tractor every day when tilling; it was exhausting. Now, I can sit and drive, and the tilled land is better than before."
